We live since June 2016 in Costa Rica on the Pacific Coast in Samara. Our life here has changed very much in the middle of nature and we are internalizing more and more what it means to "make pause" and "slow down" .... to give life "more depth" ... "settle down our mind " things to do "that we love" ... "to get off" ... "to be easy" .. that one tries to describe with words .. here we found time and space to feel all this and to realize more clearly.
Katja Rühl,
b. 1971 in Germany
teacher of Tibetan yoga, a dialogue and awareness trainer and has many years of experience and manifold training in different meditation forms, relaxation therapies and physical exercises.
Over 20 years of professional experience in adult education in the area of emotional competence and dialogue. Medical training in internal medicine and naturopathy.
Frank Rühl,
b. 1961 in Germany
Massage therapist with 30 years of professional experience, state tested and certified in Germany, for sports, wellness and relaxation massages.
As well as over 20 years of professional experience in the field of real estate service and management in own company. Father of three children.
